Immerse Yourself in ESL

This is the Best and the Safest Place... to Study English

Safest... In June 2004, Farmer's Insurance Group named Provo #1 of the top 25 Most Secure or Safest places in the United States.  Read the press release.  Provo is still very safe and secure.  Visit Provo City's web site for more information about this area.
Best... Provo, Utah and its surrounding cities are consistently recognized as among the best places to live in the United States. In fact, Provo gained national attention twice in the 1990's being named by independent publications as the #1 best place to live in the entire United States!
When it comes to learning a foreign language, nothing can compare to immersion—living where the language is spoken. Nomen Global Language Centers, located in the state of Utah in the western United States, is the ideal place to immerse yourself in American English spoken at its best, while you enjoy living in one of the most beautiful, friendly and safe places on earth.
Our Provo campus and International Headquarters are located in downtown Provo, Utah (population 110,000).  Nomen Global is just a short drive from some of the most popular tourist attractions in the United States.
Our campus lies in the heart of a broad, picturesque valley flanked on both the east and west by the mighty Rocky Mountains. A few minutes' drive takes you into cool, lush alpine wilderness or to the shores of Utah Lake. Numerous international restaurants are within walking distance of Nomen in a thriving downtown that is safe and serene, both day and night.
Many of our students go on to study at one of the prestigious local colleges or universities.
Brigham Young University and Utah Valley State College, draw students from all over the world, and an exceptionally large percentage of their local students have lived in a foreign country and speak a foreign language. So, you are likely to encounter locals who speak your language while being surrounded by people who understand what it feels like to live in a foreign country.

Our
Salt Lake City campus is located less than an hour to the north of Provo.  Salt Lake City is the state capitol and is a large cosmopolitan area with a population of over 1 million.  In Salt Lake, the University of Utah, Westminster College, and LDS Business College attract large numbers of international students.
Downtown Salt Lake City is home to the world headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The Mormons).  The city  has professional basketball, baseball, soccer and ice hockey teams, a recently expanded international airport, concert halls and major convention centers.  A little over one hour driving time will take you to Wyoming where the Old West still lives.  Indian reservations of several Native American tribes are located within a few hours' drive of Provo or Salt Lake.  Visit the Salt Lake City Convention and Visitor's Bureau web site.
If you enjoy the great outdoors, you'll love Utah. It has the most national parks of any state in the USA.  So, you will never run out of places to hike, camp, picnic or enjoy more vigorous activities like snow boarding, snow skiing, water skiing, mountain biking, river rafting, or rock climbing. Popular tourist sites like Arches National Monument, Bryce Canyon, Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon, are all mere day trips from Provo or Salt Lake City.
From snow-capped mountains and verdant alpine meadows to picturesque, barren desert landscapes and the beautifully maintained venues from the 2002 Winter Olympics - Utah has it all!
While you study at Nomen Global, your stay in Utah will enhance not only your English abilities, but your entire life experience as well.
