Downtown Salt Lake City is home to the world headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The Mormons). The city has professional basketball, baseball, soccer and ice hockey teams, a recently expanded international airport, concert halls and major convention centers. A little over one hour driving time will take you to Wyoming where the Old West still lives.
