OUR CLASSES
Nomen Global wants to make sure that everyone has access to English learning, no matter their current level of understanding. Because of this, we offer a variety of classes to meet our students’ needs.
Our English acquisition classes start at level 1 and move up to level 5. Each level gets more advanced as you learn more English skills. Each level is split into 8 blocks that last 2 weeks. Each block focuses on different themes and grammar concepts. Because we know that everyone has different needs, each block is built to be independent; you don’t need to know anything from another block to succeed! Through a mix of grammar, workshop, integrated skills, and elective classes, we make sure you cover all of the skills you need to learn and use English in your daily life.
Some students already know a lot of English but need to prepare to go to university. Our level 6 and level 7 classes were created for these students. Level 6 specifically prepares students to take and pass the TOEFL test with high scores. Level 7 is designed to help students take and pass the GRE/GMAT test. Both of these levels are challenging and help students achieve their education and career goals.
If you are worried that level 1 might be too hard, don’t worry! We have also created a course that helps those who struggle with basic English or technology skills be ready to study in one of our levels. When you meet with a school representative, talk with them about which classes best work for you.

Our curriculum was designed as a stand alone, non sequential curriculum that teaches based on skill acquisition rather than traditional methods. In life, language acquisition rarely takes a specific sequential path and is much more skills based, and so our Advanced Modular ESL Curriculum™ patterns the natural language acquisition process. In so doing we subscribe to the ACTFL standards for second language learners.
