OTHER FEES
You may pay the following fees with the application fee or after we contact you:
Express Mail Fee - $50, or $100 for Mongolia and Russia (We highly recommend this for your documents. Regular mail is often delayed or lost.)
Housing Assistance Fee - $100 (We help you find an apartment in Provo or Salt Lake or a homestay in Provo.)
Airport Pick-up Fee - $50 (We will meet you at the airport and take you to your apartment or homestay.)
SEVIS Document Fee - $100
You must pay this fee online after you receive your I-20 and at least 3 days before you go to the embassy or consulate.
If you want us to pay the SEVIS fee for you, please send $150 with the application fee. We will pay SEVIS and send the receipt to you with your documents.
Refund Policy:
Once paid, all fees are non-refundable, even if the student does not come to the U.S.
If the prospective student does not come to the U.S., reimbursement for prepaid tuition is subject to a 25% administrative fee, plus all costs incurred to return the money to the payer (such as wire fee, bank fee, credit card fee, exchange fee, agent fee, etc.) It is for this reason that we recommend you wait to pay your tuition and homestay until you come to Nomen Global to start your classes.
If a student comes to Nomen Global and terminates his or her program early for any reason, the Student Refund Policy applies.
